Terms and Conditions

Placing an Order

Orders within the UK have an additional postage and packaging charge dependant on size and weight of package.  Deliveries outside the UK may incur additional postage and packaging costs.  Additional charges are dependant on country and size and weight of package.

When placing an order please supply the correct delivery address to ensure safe delivery.

Estimated delivery time within the UK is 5 - 7 working days.  If delivery is not received after 15 days the product is assumed lost and will be either refunded or replaced.  Orders outside the UK will be subject to longer delivery time dependant on country.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled within 7 working days, to do so please email jubblyjock@gmail.com.  If the product has already been posted it must be returned.  Products must be returned in resaleable condition.

Out of Stock

If a product is out of stock or there is a problem with an order you will informed by email.

Unwanted Products

If a product is unwanted, it must be returned within 30 working days in resaleable condition.  Following return of the product, it will be refunded for the price initially paid for the item (excluding P&P).

Faulty Products

If a product arrives faulty or damaged or is the incorrect order, it will be replaced free of charge or a full refund provided, if the product is returned within 30 working days.  There will be no refunds for P&P.

Responsibility for the returned items lies with the customer, therefore it is recommended that for any returned products, recorded delivery is used or a certificate of posting obtained from the post office.
